Is a gorgeous cocker spaniel boy around 3 years old, whose personality does not exactly match his fluffy appearance! Alfie is fantastic with all other dogs, is housetrained, knows basic commands and walks beautifully on the lead. He also loves to play with toys and chase balls. However he can be grouchy at times and needs a home with no young children. Alfie has had a few homes already and this time he needs to find the right one! His new family will need to gain his respect through calm and confident leadership and not spoil him, and give him plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Most of all he needs someone who will accept his unique character and love him for who he is.

I've been to meet Alfie today.

He is a very handsome lovely chap, but he can be a grouchy boy and I saw some of that!!! he does need someone with patience and no children!

He got on fine with Molly and Jack so I'm having a really good think and will go and spend some more time with him to see if we could make a difference.

Just wondering what happened to this boy? Is Alfie re-homed yet?

He is still needing his forever home...I've decided its not the right time for us to have another dog just yet  :-\ Its been a tough choice though
