OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beau was heard crunching something earlier this morning, so I came through to the living room to see what it was - it was Paul's mobile phone!!  :blink:  :blink:

Now anyone with pre-teen kids who possess a mobile will know that this is just an extension to their actual body, so the screaming match that is going to happen anytime soon is not something I am looking forward to!  :unsure:

He is currently still in bed - so I am asking you guys for some hugs before he gets up!!  :rolleyes:

ps. forgot to say the phone still works, but is a funny shape...............

Oh, No!!!!   My answer when Dillon chews something he should not have is "You should not have left it lying around where he could get it!!"

Good luck with the shouting - will keep an ear out here in Surrey.... :lol:

Must be something in the air, Melody chewed right through my mobile phone charger last night  :o  I never leave it lying about but I charged the phone yesterday and forgot to put it away.

I feel like that phrase is used more often in here than "good morning"!!  :P

That might not be a bad thing, I wonder how I could work it with my 3 - age 7, 5 & 2  :lol:  :lol:

Actually having Melody has been brilliant in that our living room is now a toy free zone, they don't leave them lying around incase she eats them  :D

I use that phrase on Oh who leaves leather shoes on the floor... Jem has mangled several pairs now!!

Hide the phone and he'll think he's lost it!!!!!!!!!

My friends teenage son is FOREVER loosing his phone in the house, down the sofa..........................................what your son doesn't know wont hurt him!! ha ha! Then you can offer to buy him a new one, which is ultimatley what you'll have to do anyway when he sees the state Beau has left his phone in!!!!! :)  :)

(Good Catholic teacher me! Advocating telling porkies!!!!!!!!! :lol:  :lol:)

He must have left it at a mates house, on the bus, at school, at the gym......
The list is endless!!!
Then, after a day of frantic searching you can do your angelic mum bit and offer to buy him a new one!!   He will think you are the best mum ever, and no-one gets shouted at!!   A winner all round I think!!!

You could always try telling him that you heard on the news this morning that there is a craze sweeping the nation for customized mobile phones, the "chewed up" look being the most popular.

If you do decide to go down the "you must have lost it" route, make sure it is switched off or he will only ring it on your home 'phone to try and locate it.

Can't believe how many people are telling u to lie  :lol:  Question is, will you be able to carry it off? I wouldn't, i am crap at lying so i'd go down the "you shouldn't have left it lying around route". BIlly completely demolished OH £250 mobile phone once, he's only had it about 2 weeks, i used this line then, works every time  :lol:
