my Ohs collie he must be nearly 4 now, he still squats to pee!

Im currently dealing with George having accidents in the house (he is only learning~hes a pup) and then along comes Digby and cocks his leg where George has been  >:D.Caught him doing it a few times and have had to explain this is a NO NO  :argue:

I have a 2year old and he has never cocked is leg indoors.   He has not been castrated and he has only peed once in the house the 1st day i brought him home (an I had just lost a male dog and so I expected  this ) am I just lucky?
