Wish I had my camera today

Went to visit some friends this morning and took the dogs with us
On the way back we stopped at a grassy area beside a small river - Kaiya made a beeline for the river and jumped straight in - her 1st proper swim  :D
Wish I had my camera to capture this momentous occasion - after reading about all the other dogs on COL who love to swim I thought Kaiya was never going to take the plunge

Oh, I know exactly how you feel, I was overjoyed when Chloe had her first swim a couple of weeks ago..and like you, I didn't have my camera with me. I've made up for it since though, I MAKE her go in the water as often as possible, not only to take pics of her, but I reckon it wears her out even more than her normal charging around does  :005:
Remember your camera next time...we need to see pics  ;)
