Increase in appetite
« on: May 17, 2011, 07:58:30 PM »
Darcey has always eaten OK. She would sometimes leave a whole or half a meal or 2. However, she is now waiting and barking for her food and gobbling it up. Could she be going through a growth spurt? Should I give her more than the rec? (RC 185g) she is nearly 5 months old. She is quite  wombleesque at the moment so hard to see if she's getting chunky????

Some dogs do require more than the recommended amount. Freya does on any of the food we've tried, she currently on Barking Heads eating 50% more than the recommended for her weight and she is still lean
