Maddie is a 5 year old Blue Roan show type Cocker. Her owner has health problems and Maddie has not been walked much recently - only getting exercise in the garden. She has been in the same home since a puppy and was a perfect dog until two years ago when the owner acquired another Cocker and she has learnt bad habits from him. Maddie will now run up to visitors and bark uncontrollably. On two occasions when someone entered the garden, without one of the family being present, she has nipped. Maddie is used to children and other dogs. She has lived with a cat, but will attack cats in another home. She may be best as an only dog. Her recall is good, but she pulls on the lead. She travels well in the car. She has only been left home alone with the company of another dog. Maddie will help herself to your cup of tea if it is left in reach!
