We now have 2 sightings both reported to and confirmed by the Police. A dog matching Jack's description was seen on Sunday at at 19.48 on Theckingham side of A52 and also on TUESDAY at 07.28 at the roundabout at the junction of the A15 and A52. We have also just received a call about a woman in the area asking in local shops if anyone knew who the spaniel she had on a lead belonged to. If anyone knows this lady or anything about this please please get in touch. This is really positive and we are following up!! Fingers crossed folks, trying not to get too excited but things are a bit more positive now

Do so hope is is soon reunited.  He looks a lovely dog.  My heart was in my mouth when I read of the sightings which are obviously near very busy roads.   Everything crossed for a happy outcome.

He was sighted again last night (Fri 3rd) around 8:30pm in Pickworth (NG34) so he's been in the same area for 24 hours near a water source, people out looking today & leaving food - guess it could be hard getting him to them.  Fingers crossed he'll be back in a comfy bed soon

The trap is down & I think he'd been once & had some food, I guess it's just a waiting game.  He had seen them watching him  :005:
He's been out there over a week now, prior to this the poor lad was timid & hand shy
I suspect once he's caught he'll be going back to his foster mum again for a while, who is sadly miles away but once it's been confirmed it's definitely him will be en route to meet him
