They seem to prefer running in the snow to the mud. Ran my fastest time this morning!

The diet hasn't gone too well this weekend, had to run it off! Was actually the warmest run this week :)

Bingley loves it! It's Darcey that needs some persuading, she hates mud! She ran really well in the snow though. I would highly recommend it, they really keep you going. I have a great friend who ran with a squeaky ball in her pocket to keep them going and avoid distractions, mine really needed training. It's also quite expensive for the kit but I've saved a fortune on gym membership  ;)

Brilliant! Me and Alfie go running in the evenings but don't look quite so professional... I can normally be found being jolted backwards when he stops suddenly too pee, poo, sniff... :005: I love it though and it's true, they do keep you going :D
