I've just come back from the display (we were at the Derby Garden Show) - it was excellent.
I haven't laughed so much in ages! At first, Charlie was a bit unsettled and ran out of the ring up to someone with a Hot Dog. He tried to steal it, with me (and a few other people!
) in hot pursuit.
Some of the other dogs were having fun, too, rushing around the ring in mad circles
My little boy settled down to it, though, and by the time we were doing the second display, he was back to his normal self, very focused and absolutely loving it!!
I was so proud of him, especially since there were so many distractions, tannoys, big tents, and not to mention lots of food stalls
.
He is very tired now, though, and should sleep well for a bit.
