Running/Jogging
« on: June 04, 2008, 09:07:32 AM »
Thank you for all of your replys. I did pm Anita96, she sent me a great reply with lots of info.
Chester is still young, and fitter than I am, so don't worry about me tiring him out, I will probably fall back into a walk after about 2 minutes! Seriously, though, I am reading lots of advice about monitoring Chester's tiredness/hydration etc. and he will be getting plenty of slower sniffy/exploring walks in addition to my 2 minutes of running!! I think if I went running/exercising without him though, I would feel guilty, I think he would rather be with me
If all else fails, I found this great alternative, I can pull the dog along while I try to get fit...
