Thought all my dreams had come true when I stumbled upon blender scissors! As I am having all sorts of problems with blending, are these an answer to my prayers? Or would I be better investing the forty-odd pound that they cost on a decent pair of thinners
-
what are blending scissors :?: is that not the same as thinners  if you find a pair that don't leave any scissor marks...let me know
-
I've never heard of blending scissors, but they do sound like thinners to me :? I got the roseline thinners recently and boy are they good... sharp too, cut my blasted finger I did - with thinning scissors!!!
-
I cut my finger to Mike with my Roseline's
-
Some American sites use the term "blending shears" for thinning scissors -I always thought they were one & the same anyway :) I would invest in a pair of Roseline thinners Gill - just don't cut yourself
-
Roseline thinners it is then :( I saw these blenders on petcetera - they had a selection of blenders and a section of thinners which is why I thought they were different :? Oh well - there goes that idea. Back to the grooming table and JMB video
-
Not sure what the difference is - I just checked out the "blenders" on Petcetera & they look exactly like thinners  I wouldn't pay £40 for them anyway  Maybe Kim or Michele have tried them?
-
I can't seem to find the Rosleine scissors  What can i say - its been a long day  Am I likely to be able to buy them at SKC or can some kind soul post a link for me

Hi Gill
Try here http://www.diamondedgeltd.com/acatalog/Onl...cissors_21.html (http://www.diamondedgeltd.com/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_Thinning_Scissors_21.html)
This is the cheapest I've found them. I have the Gotta 65 ones but am thinking of getting the Roseline ones too as the others seem really blunt and probably just as cheap buying a new pair as sending them away to get sharpened - nowhere round here can do it. I had a few probs with the Diamond Edge site yesterday, let me know if it works for you :-)

Thanks for that Shirley :D Will order them at the weekend and see if that makes any difference to my grooming
-
No bother, Gill :) It's the least I can do after all the free advice I've had from you :D :P

No I haven't tried them. I'll stick with my Roseline ones :D
