Hi, I'm new to the group.
We are looking to rehome a cocker spaniel, preferably under 6 months old but would consider older. I have kept dogs all my life and currently have a pointer bitch and a cocker dog.

Hi all, we are still looking for that special cocker to add to our herd. We are looking to rehome a bitch under 1 year old. If anyone knows of one available please let me know. Loving home waiting. Must be good with other dogs and children. Willing to travel for right bitch.

I've looked on teckles and theres nothing suitable at the minute.
I have been searching the ads for weeks lol.
I will try the cocker club rescues but I'm off on hols next week so will try when I'm back.
In the meantime if you come across anything else please keep me informed, once again thanks.

Do you look at DogPages?  There are often cockers looking for new homes on there.  The link is DogPages.  When you've opened that, go to Forums, there are lots of Dogs Needing Homes forums for different areas.

to be honest - I think you're being a bit narrow in your search. Only looking for a bitch under one year old - a very rare find indeed. They do come up - but very rarely. If you would look older and perhaps to include a dog too you'd probably have more luck.
