You've got it right Jean.  :lol: We just wanted to create separate classes for pups and adults - so we made it over 12 months for handsomest dog/prettiest bitch and under 12 months for the cute pups. All it seems to have done is confuse everyone.  ph34r  :lol:

Another update for people - apologies in advance if this upsets anyone - but we can only allow entries from four legged friends that are still with us and not those at Rainbow Bridge. The rules have been amended to make this clear.

Thanks for your understanding.

I've posted Jasper in the rescue section as he'd been through 2 other homes (breeder 8 weeks, first home 8 weeks, 2nd home 5 months, here for ever) before we found him advertised at 9 months free to good home. He had not had the terrible start others had or come through a rescue.

If you don't think he should be in group feel free to remove.

Great idea mods, just spent hours going through photo archives to find best pics,  ph34r,  can we edit up till close date if we want to change the photos?

Glad I haven't got to judge!  ::)

Mabe anyone who has a photo of there little 4 legged friend whos at the bridge could post it in another thread It would still be lovely to see them  :luv:

The Mods are currently discussing this - it just didn't seem appropriate ( for want of a better word) to be 'judging' much missed friends. We'll see what we can do.  :D

Jasper's Mum - the rescue class is restricted to dogs rehomed through rescue centres I'm afraid. Editing posts to change your entries is allowed though - right upto the closing date but not after the competition is over - we don't want to confuse the judges.  :lol:

Colin wheres your advatar gone ?

I think Mr Gerrard makes a fab avatar :luv:..............I know compleatly off topic ::)

Back on topic, I just looked at the Most apealing eyes section and I don't envy the judges task in that. I picked my favourite or I thought I had and then I saw another I liked

I got the job of totting up the judges scores by default - none of the other mods are any good at sums.  :lol: I'm thinking I've got off lightly now - trying to pick the best out of so many brilliant photos is going to be such a tough job. What have you let yourself in for Chelsea ?  :lol: I'm sure you'll do a brilliant job though.  :shades:

 :lol:

All the judges were put through a series of rigorous tests to prove their impartiality ... and all passed with flying colours. I'm sure they'd love the chance to prove their uncorruptability by receiving large wads of cash filled, brown manilla envelopes in the post - but you probably wouldn't get your money back - they'd just spend it on shoes and cakes and then disqualify your dog.  :lol:
