I think I am missing something :oops:

maybe brains :lol:

tryed quite a few times but no joy.

size is right but keep getting a small red X

Sorry Ian but at the moment you can't upload photos direct to the forum as this facility has been suspended for the time being. Those of us who have avatar photos have the photos stored on our own webspace rather than being uploaded to the forum.

I thought it was different for the avatars Jane, as I'm pretty sure I uploaded my own lovely picture from a directory on my PC - unless I just managed to sneak it in prior to the suspension kicking in?

You're probably right Mike - I was thinking of the general rule for photos. In which case, I've no idea why your avatar photo isn't working Ian, sorry :) I'm sure Stuart will sort you out when he has a minute :wink:

It is possible to add your own avatars via the profile pages.
For some reason though it isnt working correctly. I'll check it out and see where the fault lies.

There appeared to be some fault with the directory names where avatars are stored on the server. Please give it another go (uploading an avatar from your machine) it should work ok.
