Help with Grooming please

Please can anyone tell me of any cocker groomers in Hertfordshire.  Failing that can you tell me how to thin out Darcy's very thick trousers please?  Would you use a coat king I've been reading about or thinning scissors?  Also his face sprouts at the sides like sideburns - how do I deal with that?

Thanks for your message.  We live near Potters Bar - do you know of anyone near here?   Failing that how would you deal with sideburns on his face, sprouting head and baggy trousers and undercarriage i.e. what tools would you use?

I live in Hertford and would also be interested in a decent groomer.  The current groomer has clipped Neo even though when i first took him I asked her not to.  

I'm not brave enough to do it myself, but now I have 2 cockers I need to find a better groomer.
