Clippers
« on: March 24, 2005, 07:34:52 AM »
Hi
I would like to purchase some clippers to do Finley's face and neck but I am at a loss as to what ones to purchase.  Is it best to buy ones that are two speeds? and what blade attachment would I need just for face and neck area only.  I notice that HUB international have some Oster clippers for 99.00 (one speed) with a free Oster Cryotech No 15 Blade Set.

Is this what I need? or can someone direct me to some other good quality clippers around the same price.  I am so confused.

Wendy

This was discussed not long ago HERE, although it is recommended not to use clippers on a show dog  :)

Gilly is right, if you want to continue showing Finley you shouldn't even consider clipping his face & there is no need to clip his throat either as you can get a perfectly good finish using a good pair of thinning scissors ;) Just wondering why you would want to clip Finley Wendy? Has someone told you that you should? If so, don't listen to them
