Courgettes, Pears and Frozen Veg?
« on: June 13, 2012, 01:10:13 PM »
Ok, strange title, but Ella is back on her diet after gaining weight in just three weeks.

so to supplement the kibble (now on Symply!) I have been giving her pears and carrots.
she has gone off the carrots lately, so swapped for the pears?, can she also have raw courgette and broccoli (I know not too much) to bulk the food abit?
also, I bought some forzen mixed veg, can she have that just defrosted, or do I need to cook it first? ph34r

at least one of us is eating her five a day! :005:

I'm sure it will be fine, I would only cook it if you have to.

I don't think the frozen veg defrosted will be suitable.  I know defrosted frozen veg shouldn't be given to small animals - Guinea pigs/Rabbits/Hamsters.  I am not 100% sure with dogs though!  I would maybe cook the frozen variety! :)
