Looking for a cocker companion
« on: January 07, 2004, 07:36:11 PM »
Hello,

We are looking to offer a home to a cocker spaniel.

I have contacted the Cocker Spaniel rescue no. for my area and they have had my details for some time but we haven't had any luck so far.

We don't mind if it is a dog or a bitch, the things which are most important for us is that it gets on well with other dogs (as my Mum lives nearby and we will be socialising them) and that it doesn't suffer from seperation anxiety as we both work fulltime although we will be home in our lunch hour and have support from family nearby if needed. (we have also considered rescuing a pair of cockers partially for this reason so that they have company for these times.)

I'd be so grateful if anyone can help us, we have been looking since September and it has felt like an uphill struggle but I know we need to patient in order to find the right one.

Fingers crossed

Hi,

I can't seem to find a copy of your PM in my inbox. Would you be able to send it again.

Thanks
