Well after a long drive an early morning and not much sleep last night, i today became the very proud owner of Charlie! :D  :D

He is absolutely gorgeous and seems to be settling in well at the mo !!!!

Will put a pic in the gallery for all to see !!!!! :D  :D

Im so sorry it didnt work out for you Fran !!!!! :cry:  :cry:

Did the rescue centre have a change of heart regarding the ages of your kids then Sam? Hope he settles in well

Because Debi had so many offers, she had to make a decision on the basis of her nephew going round on the saturday, i was turned down, as Charlie hadnt come out of his bed and was very wary !!!

Since then Toby her nephew has been round most days and he and Charlie had become friends !!

At the moment Charlie is lying on Joshs road map as Josh plays cars !!! LOL

Only time will tell how they get on !!!

ooh Barb.. you know I said many times you should get a black and tan cocker..  :wink: work it barb work it..
edited to add:  yes Charlie is a little cracker.. totally in love with cockers freckles already so I was close to tears when i saw Sams pics of him..  :lol:  :lol:

Well of course congratulations to you Sam on your new addition - I saw the picture on dogpages of Charlie, and he is very lovely looking!  :lol:  

But at the same time, I've obviously missed something (go away for the weekend and see what happens :? ), and I'm sorry Fran that for whatever reason, it wasnt to be - we all know how excited and happy you were :(

Thanks Barb ! I wont tell you how i got round Dez !! LOL  :lol: and thanks everyone else for the good wishes.

I must admit i was stunned when Debi contacted me and said Charlie was up for adoption still !! I have been in a whirlwind since and didnt believe he was mine till i put him in my car this morning !! Seems to act as if he has been here forever the cheeky rascal ! :D

just looked at the new piccys in the album...hes adorable Sam.. ooh those freckles!..it does it to me everytime I see cocker freckles.. :lol:
