Why the hell aren't those b*****s being prosecuted?  I suppose that even if they were found guilty, they'll get a fine the price of a packet of fags and an open invitation to do the same thing to another dog in three months time.  >:D >:D >:D
It hurts reading this.  About two months after getting my little Cassie from Four Paws, without thinking I pulled a towel out of the washing machine and whirled it over her head.  She absolutely screamed with terror and desperately huddled in the corner of the room, shaking.  She was sobbing with fear and trying to hide her head. It took me over an hour to calm her down and she clung to me like a second skin for nearly a week.  I still don't know if she really believes no-one will ever, ever beat her again.  No dog should ever have to go through life dreading what may happen in the next minute, or day or someday.  And that's what those people have inflicted on Marley and thousands like him.   :'( :'(  I want to KILL them.  >:D >:D >:D  Thank God he's safe now.

Oh he is lovely, what a horrible start to his life, when OH comes in from work I'll show him Marley :luv: and then have a serious talk about giving him a good home, where is Marley based?, I'm in London, but really don't mind travelling.

This has tugged at my heart. Poor Marley, he's the image of Poppy and now that she's two we can consider another dog. I've emailed for an application form!  OH hasn't protested and DD2 thinks Marley needs us.

How do people do this to an animal ? He is just adorable. I know he will not have to wait too long now for a loving home.

Cruelty like this is heartbreaking, but I am just so pleased he has found a good foster home, and I am sure he will fnd a loving family soon.

He's gorgeous.  How could people treat a poor defenceless animal who just wants to be loved like that. :o  There are truly some evil people in this world.  >:(  But also some good and loving ones.  Hope this poor guy gets a loving home and family soon  :luv:

I just can't bear it, why are people like this.  Why did they bother to get a dog just to treat him like this.  If I could have him I would give him so much love, affection and attention that he would become one of the happiest cockers in the world.  I can't have him but I really hope that someone else, hopefully from this forum, is going to come along and do just that for him.

We have just discussed this again as we are both so upset about it. We will take a fourth if no-one else does!
