So glad he is doing well, hopefully someone will be able to offer him his forever home soon.

Love the new name too  ;)

Maybe too, the economic climate may be making people think twice, specially if they have dogs already, one more mouth to feed, yearly innoculations, future vet bills, etc  :-\

13-04-11 UPDATE
Andi really is a very special boy.  We believe he is partially deaf and can only hear high pitched sounds like a whistle.  Andi has has a lot to contend with so we are looking for that special home who are prepared to put in the extra work and training he will need.  For this reason he is by donation but we really do want to find him the perfect home.

ph34r I hate these ones - I could SO provide a great home for this little chap. As long as he loves his food training shouldn't be an issue (or so I've found with Jeff).

Just as a matter of interest, could you please tell us what the term 'by donation' means....thanks

Hi there,

This means that instead of a fixed fee for Bertie, Many Tears are happy to accept a donation towards the costs that they have incurred neutering him etc etc.

I can't say enough what a really lovely little fellow Bertie is, he is just so loving and so, so sunny natured.

He will need someone prepared to put some effort into training him as he has lots of energy but is the type of dog who loves to please you and does love a treat or too, which should make things easier!

Bertie is currently being treated for an ear infection which may well account for his lack of hearing. He can definitely hear some noises, whistles for example.

He would love another dog or cocker  :D to be his pal as he is having so much fun playing with Fifi here.
