Hi
iOS5 is your operating system - think we are actually up to 6 or something. You may well find that you already have it
Go to settings - General - Software Update There it will tell you if you need to update or not. Should be up to 6.1.4
Hope this helps

I really hate ios5. Updated my iphone but was really disappointed so have left the iPad well alone. No puffin for me then!

I managed to get onto her site using Photon, so that may be another option; although I can't remember if you have to pay for it :P

I have a fantastic app called iPad Tips & Tricks & it's fab - best £1.79 or something like that your'll ever spend😄
To take a screen shot press home button & on off button (on edge of iPad) simultaneously it is saved in camera roll then upload as usual

Here is the link for ipad tricks and tips; I highly recommend it and always gift it to any family or friends who get an ipad:

https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/tips-tricks-ipad-secrets/id369859228?mt=8

There's also a free version but it doesn't have as much info.

To upload photos you need the Photobucket app (do you have an account?):

It is incredibly easy to use, if you are having any difficulty I can do some screen shots for you
