Title: puppy food...which to give
Post by: annie874 on June 01, 2007, 09:11:05 PM
hi all

we've managed to keep poppy clear of the runs for a week now, dry toast, chicken and  occasionaly rice and its worked.

I'm wanting to put her on a more benificial (excuse the spelling  :005:) diet, thats gentle on her tummy  :luv:

Any idea's?

Annie

Burns is a good food for many dogs but when I tried Alfie on it he lost a lot of weight in an alarmingly short period of time and I know a few other dogs that it has that effect on too so it doesn't suit everyone. Apart from Burns a few other good foods are Arden Grange, Nutro and Autarky. Most of them have websites which you can look at to help you to choose one.

Am still undecided but i'm thinking of embarking on e barf diet, she is really unsettled on her food, even the one the breeder gave me for her, so i'm currently reasearching it.

Thanks for your input  :D
