Me too, I had one but when I tried to change it it's now wiped it completely & won't let me add a new one.

I'll try and help.  Go to "Profile" on the bar at the top.  On the left-hand menu choose "Forum Profile Information".  Go to "I will upload my own photo" and select.  Then "Browse" and find the photo on your computer.  Click "Change Profile".

Yeah, that's what I did too.  It just hung for ages them came up with an error msg.

How big is the photo you're trying to use? If it's too big for the system, it won't work - avatar pics need to be quite small. If you can resize it, you may find it works :blink:
