help please

lost my avitar and got a advert. infact i can not see any bodies avitar and some have been replaced with silly pictures. half the smilys are missing   this is doing my head in,  please help some one

my pc has just thrown a wobbly and lost windows, it is currently trying to repair itself but it does not seem to be doing anything.  do not know whether to switch it off or leave it on    I was running a restore thingy and it  oh its just come on  back in a mo

 joules    pc is up and running and i have got my avitar sorted , but yours is a advert for comodo  and others on other threads are just little squares  i have col open on my chromebook and every thing is correct. it is just this pc,  above amongst my smiles is a picture of a man and 2 kids.  have checked security and nothing is odd there in fact i was checking out new protection just before this happened
