Please could someone tell me how I message a moderator or admin member? My mum, username is revis, has forgotten her password to loginn (after she cleared the cookies from her iPad) but despite asking for a password reminder she never gets one and her email gets returned from postmaster@mac. I have tried to re-register her and she is waiting for approval from COL but she really wants to carry on using her existing username / email as she has been a member for 6 years now. I would appreciate any help - thank you!
