Summer (Marie)

I'm not sure if anyone will remember me as I haven't been on here for years. Anyway with a very sad heart we had to let our lovely Summer go to doggy heaven. We rescued her from Many Tears in 2006 and have had so many happy times. We were warned she 'could have issues' but have to say she was the most gentle, loving natured dog you could ever ask for. Sleep tight my lovely little cocker xxx

So sad for you, but  to have had ten happy years with you after leaving Many Tears is absolutely amazing.

RIP Marti  the EPI springer age 12,  and beloved black cocker Bobby, 8 yrs old, too soon, from PLN.
Now owned by TInker, tiny hairy grey poodle/terrier rescue from Greece and Jack, local rescue,   scruffy ginger terrier mutt.

I am so very sorry to hear your sad news.  I remember when Summer came to be with you from Many Tears and it is wonderful of you that you gave her the happiest 10 years of her life. 

I know the dreadful pain you must be in at the moment and my heart goes out to you.

Run free Summer, all well again now and lots of cocker friends to play with.

I remember Summer too - I can't believe it is 10 years since you took her home.

How lovely for both of you that you had 10 happy years together - I am sure, as time passes, you will remember those lovely times with her and laugh instead of cry.  :luv:
