14-08-2017 Poor Foggy is very sad and nervous at the moment and will need time to settle and come out of her shell.  Foggy is 3 years old and has come to us from a breeder.  She will need a home with a kind very patient person who understands her fears for most things at the moment and who are happy to take things at her pace and not expect too much too soon. Foggy will need at least one other dog to live with and owners with plenty of time to help her as she will need to learn about house training and lead walking but this will take time.

29-08-17 UPDATE

Foggy is called Willow in her foster home and is a wonderful little girl. Although a bit nervous at times she is grabbing her new life in both paws and wanting to try everything. I’ve had her only a week and she now walks on the lead and loves going out in the car and for walks. She doesn’t take any interest in cats or small animals. She would much rather paw someone for a stroke.
You can definitely tell that Willow has been a breeding dog from the state of her undercarriage. But you don’t really notice that because her character is so wonderful. Tonight she’s spent the evening inspecting the curtains, which we’ve closed as she has been barking at her own reflection in the window. I could watch her for hours.
Yesterday afternoon she had her first roll on the grass. You could almost see the smile on her face, its times like that, that make being a fosterer so rewarding. Willow will need someone who has got time to bond with her, carry on teaching her to be a dog, along with the help of a resident dog and giving her all the love she has been missing for the last three years. She is a special little girl who deserves a really special home.
