putting pic in signature

Can anyone tell me how to do it? I've read the sticky and know the size the pic has to be, but I can't figure out how to insert it.....durrrr!!!

I just did it the same way that I insert pics in the topics from Photobucket. You can resize them there to when you edit if that makes sense. I'm not fantastic with computers myself. It took me a few goes. I hope thats some help.  ;)
