Got my new homehub - hooray wireless at last, set it up Wednesday night, working fine, tried to connect last night and not a thing.  Seemed to be connecting to hub, but not to internet.  Haven't tried today yet as at work, but any suggestions of what I could try if still not working?

Cheers,
Linz, Murphy & Maddi x

I had the same problem try switching it off at the wall for a minute then switching it back on again! then press the reset (grey button) on the back for 10 seconds. go to the 'connect' button and then press connect.  See how that goes.

I had the same problem with BT. We've now switched to Sky for the Internet.

The reset button usually works wonders for me and saves all those wasted hours on the phone to Mumbai  :shades:
