Tess brings them into the house, cracks their shells then tortures them till they die!

Lizzie (aka splodge) also ate snails but at 6 months now, brings them in only occasionally and never eats them. also had Advocate treatment from the vet. It is given once a month for three months and touch wood, she is fine.She sometimes brings is an enormous slug and that is revolting on the carpet!

Yes We also have a Cocker that likes to do this, especially lightly pan fried with garlic, ginger and spring onion... maybe she's French???

Seriously tho' Lung worm is a big problem. I have taught Holly to leave alone by offering treats instead. This will take time but she does leave them alone now. If she goes near one, a quick 'LEAVE IT!' will do the trick!
