Are you Ollie and Charley Brown's mum? I'm Elaine, William and Louis's mum and it was nice to meet you today.

I'm not great at explaining this, but there is a thread in Forum Support about avatars (the little photo in your profile) that explains that avatar photos need to be small, about 80x80 pixels. If your picture is too big and you can't downsize it in your own photo package you could try uploading this

I think one of the mods on here will probably move this post to Forum Support tomorrow and will also probably be able to advise you better than I can.
