:luv: :luv: I also have a beautiful black cocker called Barney. He is 3 years old and unfortunately suffers from severe epilepsy but that doesn't stop him being the funniest most loveable boy I could ever hope to own. Enjoy your beautiful boy!
:D Hi I am new to,
What a lovely pup, he is really cute I love the solid blacks :luv: Can't believe he wasn't snapped up !!
If we decide to get a second dog in the future, I think a solid black would be my choice, I think they would look good together. My Kasper is 8 months now and getting quite big, he also loves snuggles  and is incredibly soppy
We got him when he was about 3 months, he came from living in a kennel to, never seemed a problem though.
Just getting there with the house training, manageing to go through the night now most of the time, just can't keep him off my couch :005:

how wierd, another Deb having a Black Cocker called Barney  -  what were the odd on that.

Love the name Kasper, glad he is getting on well.  We have had barney a week now, seems to be house trained practically in that one week, has started to whine when he wants to go out, and in one week only had 3 accidents.  OH takes him out once during the night, he goes straight out does a pee and comes straight back in.
I love Kaspers colour, looks very shiney coat too, he looks the soppy type, what part of the country are you in?

Dod you think it would be good if it showed region we live in next to our avatars?

From the photo I would imagine that he will be just as spoilt as my Barney! I mean how could you possibly not spoil such an adorable boy!

Thanks Deb

Still can't believe we share the same name, same dog name, and same dog colour!

I have to say my little man smells lovely now, and the groomer said she has never met such a laid back puppy in her life.  Said he was so laid back it was untrue.
so Deb, any photos of your Barney?

;) Its all the cocker kisses that they give that makes them adorable. I must admit a black solid was my first choice, ssssh don't tell Archie. But i wouldn't swap him now. Both Barneys are loverly.
