Lisa, have you rejoined as a new member? If so you can log in as Ellie+Max and post on forum support and request there that they change your name. Mods can't do it but Admin can.

You'd have to delete this membership if you wanted the same name.

Sorry Lisa but it gets very confusing when existing members create new accounts with new names so I will delete your new name and change the name of your old account, meaning you will keep your post count
