ofa DNA testing for AON

Has anyone on here used ofa, "Orthopedic Foundation for Animals", for the DNA test; AON.
I am finding the customer services are not very helpful, and after the testing I am sent an e-certificate, what is it and what do I do with it, can I print it ?

Please help.
