Have you got a proper grooming table? you could get a grooming arm, with noose to stop her escaping  ;) Maybe try just 5 minutes at a time, then praise and reward and increase the amount of time gradually. Must admit Butty isn't bad really, she just tries to sit down  :rolleyes:  that is unless your trying to do her front feet, she then has a hissy fit, isn't that right Jane  ;)  :lol:

I've stopped trying to strip her out now. I did her neck and it came out so easily and with hardly any fuss from Smokey. I don't think the rest is ready yet and she is tellin me so!! :o
I just put her up on the bench and brush and comb her and tell her how wonderful she is. ;) 2 - 10 minutes a day is enough.
PS She also has a 'thing'  about her front paws. :huh:
