This morning the mum and dad from Dave, a 15 month old Berner Sennen have had toe make the difficult decision to put him to sleep. Dave was Teun biggist friend, when they saw each other from a distance the would both get crazy and wanted to play. The big Dave was always so playfull and sweet to tiny Teun. It was a joy to see these two.
Ever since the two met we brave dogowners, stand and wait and chat a bit, they are from the Ukraine.
Dave suffered from kidneyfailure and got sicker and sicker. Yesterday my husband went with them to a animal hospital in Amsterdam, they don't have a car so he drove them. Dave had to stay and got worse and worse. This morning it was enough.....
Dave's mum is sad and cries all the time.
I feel so sorry for them, they are such nice people and Dave was such a kind big dog.
