Dylan had the surgery on Monday. My vet likened it to having a facelift (I nearly asked him for a two for one ). He had quite bit of flesh removed, he has a very loose mouth. Stitches in for two weeks. He was quite distresssed on the way home, but is his perky self now. He has to wear the cone of shame til the stitches are out, we now have bruised shins and battered walls . Vet said his saliva was quite thick and gelatinous, said it was common the breed - not heard this before 🤔

Have just got Humphrey’s Weight Log out (told you I was obsessed! ) At 20 weeks he weighed 8,9 Kg but he‘s show line. I think she looks good, coat‘s all beautifully glossy and judging by the blur on the left of the picture, the tail‘s obviously working ! She‘s a little beauty!

A neighbour of mine has a little black working line, she looked very much the same for the first year or so and I always thought she was too thin but she‘s filled out as she‘s matured. I guess they‘re just like us peoples . Much easier said than done I know (I was obsessed with Humple‘s weight) but as long as she‘s happy and healthy I‘d say don’t worry too much .

I think she is okay, a little more padding wouldn't hurt, but they grow at such a pace. Personally I think she will fill out in time, but I do get why you are concerned.
