We have details today of a found cocker- female blue roan with docked tail around 2 years old. finder has had the dog since xmas but has been told a similar dog was featured in Country mans weekly around xmas time 9 or up to 8 months ago) he states he has taken dog to be scanned but has contacted us at doglost to check records.
Seems this dog is a working cocker.
We have been over ones in past 8 months but do not match up to details he has given about distinctive features- that the dog has a grey ridge running down the nose on the muzzle.
Circumstances of where rescue from would suggest possibly stolen in the past
Just thought I would try cocker clubs/ working dogs etc to see if anything rings a bell??
