Henry is 19 weeks old now and today has the most putrid breath I have ever smelt ! Its a fishy/metallic smell which I'm thinking could be anal glands but he's doing such lovely big poos at the moment ....usually when they're a bit soft it doesn't help to empty his glands . He's not been licking his bottom or anyone elses bottom nor has he been eating anything he shouldn't be ...
Poooooooo it stinks and I can smell him when he comes near to me !! :embarassed:
Its definately his breath as he yawned in my face earlier and I could have rolled over and died ! :005:
Has anyone had experience of this ?
He didn't eat his lunch today which is not like him but he is teething like mad at the moment too ....

My two have had metallic breath when they were teething, with the blood from their little teeth.

Willows breath was dreadful when she was teething too. Dragon breath :005:

Yep sounds like teething to me too ;) x x x

Pearl had awful breath too when teething - I gave in and took her to the vets as it was so bad....she had an infection and needed ABs, it cleared up really quickly - the Vet did say that they often do get infections in their gums while teething.
Hope Henry is ok but if you are worried it may be worth a check up
