Red spot on puppy's stomach

please have a look of the linked photo. My cooper has two red spots on his stomach. Anyone know what's the problem?
I think I may need to take him to the vet. But want to get some information from COL.

It looks like puppy acne to me - it's quite common and nothing to worry about really. I would clean the spots with something like Hibiscrub and then apply a little tea tree lotion or cream. This generally sorts the spots out within a few days. Of course, if you're worried you should consult your vet - I'm only saying what I would do if he was my pup ;)

That's the trouble with little boys, they widdle and then the wet area can get a bit grubby :003:
