Positive thoughts needed please

Aspen is currently in the vets receiving treatment for ibuprofen toxicity and the vet isn't hopeful that he is going to survive  :'(  He has potentially eaten anywhere up to 50 x 400mg tablets - once the tremors and spasms started and I put 2 and 2 together, I made him sick and rushed him to the vets. He is a very poorly boy so all positive thoughts would be most appreciated please. He is only 2 years old  :'(
