The vet has just phoned - they have given him medication to stop him being sick and to line his stomach. His drip is set to flow quite fast to help flush any toxins out. They have put a buster collar on him to make sure he doesnt rip the drip out overnight but I'd bet my last pound that wont stop him  :lol2:. I have to phone at 10 tomorrow if I haven't heard from them and assess the situation then.

Oh no! You poor thing, I know just what you are going through as a couple of weeks ago Smudge ate some bonemeal fertilizer and I was in a total panic waiting for the emergency vet to ring through to the poisons iinformation dept.

Sending lots of positive thoughts to you and Aspen.

Oh you must being feeling more settled.....If he chews through his drip at least it must mean he's feeling brighter ;) :luv:

We've recently had a working cocker in the surgery whos just had treatment for her THIRD time of ingesting rat poision.....i swear its because she gets too mush attention when she'd there  ;)  Anyho...my point is she's doing fine....just had her two week post poisioning bloods and her kidney and liver readings don't look too bad considering....Aspen my lovely ....you do know you don't have too make your mum prove how much she loves you by the way  :luv: :luv:
