I am so sorry she lost her fight with this awful condition  :'(  :'(...i know what its like as i also lost a dog to Kidney failure  :'(

Take some comfort in the fact that she fought so hard and for so much longer than anyone expected, because of the love and care that you all showed for her.

So, so sorry that Cleo had to leave, but so glad you had those wonderful extra months with her.  You made the most of every minute you had & had some really special times together.  She was a lucky girl to have been so cherished.
