I don't know if this is the right area to ask this question, or even if it IS a health issue, but ...
We thought we were imagining it at first but now we are sure that Rupert winks his right eye occasionally i.e. will just close his right eye when he blinks. We have also noticed his right eye twitches a lot when he is tired.
Is this something that can be considered in the range of 'normal' where puppy eyes are concerned (he is 5 months old) or something that I should make an appointment to see the vet about?
