Silicea dosage?

Marley was licking her right back paw and after examining it, I found a large grass seed  >:D
I 'think' I have got it all out as the wound looks likes a clean cut.
However, I am a bit concerned in case another seed has worked its way up the wound.
I have some silicea 30c that I had in reserve for such a situation but I don't know what dosage to give and for how long.
Could a fellow COLer please advise?
