Thank you all for your kind thoughts and suggestions that have been made.  I will keep you updated.  She doesn't seem to be in pain at all with any of it - although she did really yelp when the vet was manipulating her leg, but she was so good, I was afraid she might bite the vet but she didn't show any signs.  :D

Thanks again.

We're off the to Doggie Show at Hatfield tomorrow so looking forward to that.

Glad to hear Molly is not in any pain, hope they can sort out her problem soon.    We are going tomorrow to Essex Dog Day at Crix.  Dylan is a chocolate roan and Jessie a solid chocolate.  Might see you there.

Erica.

Vet has confirmed that the lump is def a Hystiocytoma and we'll leave it alone unless it bothers her - which it isn't at the moment.

They also said they are not going to x-ray her now at the end of this month to check her leg as they really want to wait until she is a year old and check her then.  They don't want to give her too many anaestetics.  She will remain on anti-inflammatories unless anything alters.

They will then x-ray and if necessary operate at the same time.

She is quite happy and it doesn't seem to bother her which is good.

Thank you for all your comments.

Good news that the lump is a Hystiocytoma :D

Fingers crossed that the patella will settle as Mollie's body matures and that she won't need surgery later.
