red lump on Ozzy's gum

has anyone had experience of a lump on your dogs gum.  The vet looked at it a couple of months ago and she said it was probably a wart. But it is now bigger, we have an appointment this evening for her to have another look.

No experience of it - just wanted to say I hope the vet confirms it as something harmless this evening  ;)  :luv:
