Dill is in hospital

Well my poor little man is now in hospital 

We did his second favourite walk tonight - having already done his first fav this morning and he came home and had tea and all was fine.  He chased round with Daisy as normal and seemed perfectly ok. 

He then went to lie on the spare bed and 30 mins later he was not well 

He is lethargic, panting/shallow breathing, trembling, eyes very droopy, wont walk - so i checked him all over and there was nothing obvious so we took him to the vets.  They have kept him in over night to sedate and monitor him 

They think he may have pulled/strained him neck some how.  She did mention slipped discs but said he was very young for that 

So my poor little man is spending whats left of his first gotcha day in hopsital 

I have to phone in the morning to see how he is doing and if he is allowed home.  The orthopeadic vet is in tomorrow so if Dill is no better they will get Harry to look at him - wich cheers me up cos Harry is brilliant.

So I sit here twiddling my thumbs

Oh no Sarah I'm really sorry    Poor Dill, sounds like he wasn't well at all.

I hope he improves tonight and they can get to the bottom of what is wrong with him. I also hope it's nothing too serious.

Hope he improves overnight. At least they will be able to keep a close eye on him there.
