Thank you so much.  To be honest, I am at my wits end.  She continues to have diarrhoea despite just having boiled fish and also taking the cimetidine and diarsanyl.  I really don't know what else I can do but she cannot go on like this and neither can I :'(  I am going to see if I can get her in this evening or this morning to discuss what to do next.  I know he said it may take a few days to settle down but she isn't even anything like improving.  I can't think of anything else I can try other than yogurt but didn't want to give that while she still was running.  She is drinking now but while she has diarrhoea, I can't start her diabetes medication.  She looks miserable, I am miserable and the house absolutely stinks :-\

Got her in at 5.20pm today.  I don't even know what to say to them other than 'do something' :-\  They have tried everything that we have used for other of our dogs in the past.  I just don't know how boiled fish is going through her too.  I would have been happy to pay for best fish for the rest of her life if that was all she could take but it seems not.  She looks as skinny as a rake :'(

Oooh honey, I'm so sorry. Not being able to actively do something is so awful too.. Just wondering if they'll want to put her on a drip overnight to get fluids back into her to make her feel more comfortable.. would she be ok staying in with them?
